Sunrise Yoga

For levels beginner to advanced.

What a wonderful way to start your weekend! Enjoy a flowing class that builds on the basics of hatha yoga.  The postures experienced in combination with breathwork contribute a deeper sense of self awareness.

Yoga Fusion

For levels beginner to advanced.

This is a class for both new and continuing yoga students integrating several yoga systems.  We will focus on flexibility, breath, balance and incorporate postures that allow us to stretch and fully use our bodies in a supportive atmosphere with individually modified poses.

Hatha Yoga

For levels intermediate  to advanced.

Vinyasa classes use the flowing vinyasa movement of ashtanga yoga, but use a VARIETY of postures (instead of a set series of postures like ashtanga yoga) to cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance.

Pilates

This class will introduce the participants to Pilates principals and matwork. You will perform exercises targeting the core muscles of the abdomen and back
while improving flexibility, coordination and posture. Appropriate for all levels
.

Turbo Kick - the fat-blasting,ab-defining cardio workout that is sweeping the nation’s health clubs and allows you to burn up to 1,000 calories an hour! A mix of kickboxing and simple dance grooves set to heart pounding dance music that will have you looking forward to your next workout!

Cross Train Challenge: Looking for the perfect combination of heart pumping cardio and intense strength training? This class is it. Each week both the format and the equipment used will change to make for increased calorie burn and a total body workout.

BUTTZ – N - GUTZ : Looking for new ways to challenge your gluts' and abdominals? This 45 minute class is especially dedicated to your core and derriere. Hamstrings, lower back, inner and outer thighs will also be targeted. If you have the gutz, well kick your buttz!

3 /2/1 - This total body sculpting class is held in a fast-paced boot camp style format. Perform THREE MIN CARDIO exercise/ followed by TWO MIN WEIGHTS /followed by ONE MIN ABS!. Engage all muscle groups and work up a sweat with this effective calorie-burning combo.

 20 /20/20 –  Similar to 3/2/1 this class offers 20 min heart pounding cardio (kickbox, step, drills) / 20 min weights/ 20 min of core!!!!!  MAJOR fat burning class!!! TONS OF FUN!!!

 

Women's Self Defense

For levels beginner to advanced.

A 3 hour self defense seminar for women taught by Lisa Sewalson. Learn basic self-defense techniques as well as advanced ground grappling moves.
